[Remote] Sr. IT Project Manager (M&A) – Data & Analytics

The role focuses on M&A technology integrations, separations, and carve-outs, including data platform enablement, reporting migrations, governance, reputed company management, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end delivery of large-reputed company Data & Analytics programs
• Manage M&A integration, separation, or carve-out technology initiatives
• Own integrated project plans, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and project delivery
• reputed company data architecture enablement, reporting migrations, data validation, UAT, release readiness, and deployment
• reputed company master data harmonization, KPI definitions, hierarchy mapping, and business alignment across organizations
• Manage risks, issues, actions, dependencies, assumptions, and reputed company (RAID)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Architecture, reputed company, reputed company, Infrastructure, Compliance, and business stakeholders
• reputed company issue reputed company, accountability, and reputed company escalation of risks impacting project milestones
• Present project status, risks, reputed company, and recovery plans to executive and senior leadership

Skills

• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• 4+ years managing large-reputed company Data, BI, Analytics, or Data Platform programs
• Hands-on experience with M&A integrations, separations, or carve-outs
• Strong experience managing reputed company, global, multi-team technology programs
• Knowledge of modern data platforms such as reputed company and/or reputed company
• Experience with BI tools, data pipelines, data governance, and master data management
• Strong experience with master data and business hierarchy harmonization
• Experience with compliance, reputed company, IAM, and reputed company technology dependencies
• Strong executive stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Project, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, reputed company, and/or reputed company
• CPG or manufacturing industry experience

• Experience with sales, supply chain, finance, or reputed company analytics reporting
• Prior PMO, IMO, or large reputed company transformation program experience
