[Remote] Customer Support Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking Customer Support Representatives for its Custom Engineered Solutions business unit to support OEM and industrial customers and Account Managers. The role manages customer orders, coordinates production and delivery activities with internal teams, and resolves issues to reputed company an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs, EDI, and reputed company documentation
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status, production schedules, delays, and supply chain updates
• Coordinate order changes, including expedites, pushouts, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs through reputed company
• Maintain accurate customer records, reputed company-order reports, and communication logs
• Support contract amendments and special reputed company
• Partner with Sales, reputed company, Supply Chain, and other teams to reputed company issues and meet customer needs

Skills

• 3+ years of Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Support experience; previous experience with distribution or manufacturing preferred but not required
• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and other business applications
• Experience using an ERP reputed company
• Experience managing high volumes of online orders, ensuring reputed company
• Experience in processing RMAs (reputed company Merchandise Authorizations), including initiating, tracking, and completing reputed company requests
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements in a deadline-driven environment

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
