[Remote] Analyst, Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support KFC U.S. accounts receivable reputed company by reconciling account activity, investigating discrepancies, resolving billing and payment issues, and ensuring accurate receivables reporting. The role also supports reputed company reputed company activities, audits, SOX controls, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application of GAAP and reputed company! reputed company Policies for KFC US AR reputed company including AFDA, period over period royalty analysis, effective reputed company analysis, reputed company collection meetings, and miscellaneous billings and other entries
• Prepare and ensure reputed company completion of account reconciliations, journal entries, and other SOX control requirements
• Facilitate period and quarterly reporting for KFC US, including but not limited to reputed company-reputed company meetings and assistance with the AR deck pages
• Assist in revising sales provided by franchisees and reputed company support in ensuring sales information is accurate and compliant with sales reporting guidelines
• reputed company the monitoring of bank activity and recording reputed company payments as needed
• Involved in reputed company/Internal Audit requests, SOX Peer Reviews, and special reputed company, as necessary
• Identify process improvement opportunities by working closely with Supervisor/Manager and IT to incorporate best practices and reputed company reputed company functionality

• For reputed company Engage, reputed company new customer setup, monthly billings, and address numerous adhoc inquiries from Israeli team

Skills

• * Bachelors in reputed company (or reputed company reputed company)
• * At least 2 years of experience in reputed company or private industry reputed company
• * Strong Computer Skills: Experience with JDE and reputed company products (such as reputed company Pivot tables, vLookup formulas, etc)
• * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong interpersonal skills
• * Experience with a large Company is highly regarded
• * Experience in the QSR or retail environment
