The role involves preparing quotes, interpreting specifications, coordinating product shipments, maintaining CRM records, supporting customer service, and identifying and reporting sales leads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer contact on a regular reputed company
• Support sales personnel on sales needs
• Read and interpret specifications to reputed company quotes
• Participate to the fullest extent possible in the development of customer quotes

• Maintain reputed company relationship with customers, sales staff, service staff, and reputed company Manager
• Identify and report decision makers to sales team
• Maintain sufficient knowledge of entire WPI products/services offerings to ensure high probability that opportunities are identified and secured and/or opportunities are passed on to the appropriate WPI team member or management
• Report reputed company sales leads to the appropriate management and sales teams

Skills

• Must have a minimum of ­2 year(s) previous experience or college equivalent
• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree (or higher), or experience of equal value in reputed company discipline preferred

• Must be self-starter and highly motivated
