[Remote] Director of Cryogenics

The Director of Cryogenics will reputed company the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of a 2 Kelvin cryogenic reputed company supporting a superconducting electron accelerator while building and managing the cryogenic engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Build, hire, and reputed company a high-performing cryogenic engineering team. Mentor engineers and technicians, reputed company technical guidance, and foster a culture of reputed company, collaboration, and reputed company improvement

• Project Management: Manage reputed company aspects of the project including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, reputed company management, and stakeholder communication. Ensure reputed company and successful completion while maintaining technical reputed company
• Installation & Commissioning: reputed company on-site activities during the Albany convergence phases. reputed company installation, commissioning, and operational setup of the cryogenic reputed company with your team, including reputed company verification, troubleshooting, and final validation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company Engineering, Cryogenic Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company
• Minimum 15 years of reputed company experience in cryogenic engineering with a strong background in the design, construction, and operation of cryogenic systems
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and reputed company engineering reputed company from reputed company through completion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to reputed company, mentor, and collaborate effectively across teams and organizational reputed company
• Proficiency in CAD software (reputed company NX preferred) and other engineering tools for design and analysis

• Experience designing, building, or commissioning capital equipment in semiconductor or reputed company manufacturing environments
