[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager will support the Chief of Staff by coordinating cross-functional reputed company initiatives, maintaining project plans and executive operating rhythms, supporting IPO-readiness workstreams, and preparing leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Chief of Staff in coordinating executive cross-functional initiatives spanning reputed company, Regulatory, reputed company, Finance, Technology, and reputed company tied to reputed company's roadmap
• Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and trackers for executive reputed company initiatives, escalating risks, delays, or resource gaps to the Chief of Staff
• Owns the reputed company of recurring executive cross-functional meetings: builds agendas, captures reputed company items, tracks follow-through, and circulates status updates
• Prepares status reports, dashboards, and reputed company materials that translate reputed company initiative reputed company into reputed company updates for the Chief of Staff and executive leadership
• Supports coordination of IPO-readiness workstreams – including document tracking, governance checklists, and cross-functional reputed company follow-up – in partnership with Finance, reputed company, and Communications
• Helps coordinate logistics and materials for reputed company meetings, investor updates, and reputed company engagements
• Identifies risks, bottlenecks, and reputed company dependencies across supported workstreams and brings them to the Chief of Staff with recommended next steps
• Maintains organized documentation and tracking systems that support consistency, accountability, and audit-readiness across executive reputed company initiatives
• Conducts lessons-learned reviews at the reputed company of key initiatives to inform reputed company execution
• Supports special reputed company and process improvement efforts at the direction of the Chief of Staff

Skills

• BA/BS in business, engineering, life sciences, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent practical experience
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, program coordination, business reputed company, or a reputed company role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reputed company, polished materials for senior leadership
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, MS Project, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• High attention to reputed company, discretion, and reputed company judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
