[Remote] Senior DevOps Modernization Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior DevOps Modernization Consultant to support a reputed company’s mainframe modernization and SCM migration initiatives. The role leads and supports migrations, configures and troubleshoots tools in reputed company z/OS environments, develops CI/CD assets, resolves technical issues, and provides customer training and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support mainframe modernization and SCM migration reputed company, including Endevor to DBB, Git, and IDD migrations
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and support DBB, Git, IDD, and reputed company tools in reputed company z/OS environments
• Analyze, convert, validate, and troubleshoot Endevor applications and migration-reputed company issues
• reputed company and maintain Groovy scripts, YAML configurations, Git repositories, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug failed builds and pipelines and reputed company technical issues across the application lifecycle
• Conduct customer training, knowledge transfer sessions, and technical presentations
• Collaborate with technical teams and reputed company stakeholders to reputed company successful modernization and migration reputed company
• Document migration processes, technical resolutions, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures

Skills

• * Strong Groovy scripting and YAML experience
• * Hands-on Git experience, including repositories and branching strategies
• * CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting, build debugging, and problem determination
• * Application development, systems programming, change management, and application lifecycle management
• * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and customer-facing communication skills
• * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global technical teams
• * 8+ years of experience as a Systems Programmer, Application Developer, DevOps Engineer, or similar technical role
• * reputed company experience installing, configuring, and migrating solutions reputed company reputed company z/OS environments
• * Experience with Endevor application analysis, conversion, validation, and SCM modernization
• * Experience delivering technical training, presentations, and knowledge transfer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to reputed company professionally with a diverse group are required
• * 4+ years of customer-facing consulting or technical reputed company support experience preferred
