[Remote] Project Analyst, Desktop Services

The Project Analyst, Desktop Services coordinates and implements reputed company desktop, reputed company, network connectivity, and office technology solutions, including facility reputed company, workstation deployments, technology refreshes, and lifecycle management. The role manages project planning, documentation, stakeholders, vendors, risks, and on-site implementation activities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to assess and translate technology needs into technical requirements and implementation plans
• Coordinate reputed company deployment of desktop, reputed company, network connectivity, and office technology solutions across IT teams, application owners, vendors, and business partners
• reputed company and maintain project charters, work plans, schedules, status reports, and other project documentation using established PMO methodologies and tools
• Plan, reputed company, and communicate project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status updates to sponsors and stakeholders

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, PMO, and business teams to coordinate technology changes that reputed company desktop environments and end-user services

• Establish and maintain hardware, software, procurement, and configuration standards in partnership with IT and Materials Management

• Guide desktop infrastructure reputed company by evaluating dependencies between reputed company technologies, reputed company applications, and care delivery peripherals
• Identify opportunities to improve desktop services, fleet management, lifecycle planning, virtualization, and service delivery processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five (5) years of project coordination or project management experience supporting physical infrastructure or technology-reputed company reputed company (e.g., IT equipment installations, facility upgrades, HVAC, construction, or similar environments)
• Nine (9) years of Information Technology experience
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify reputed company causes, reputed company solutions, and reputed company reputed company issues
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Experience managing multiple reputed company reputed company and competing priorities
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., reputed company Project)

• Master's degree
• Eight (8) years of project coordination or project management experience
• Fifteen (15) years of Information Technology experience
• Experience leading Desktop Services or reputed company technology deployment reputed company
• Project Management reputed company (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training
• Understanding of reputed company project management principles, methodologies, and delivery practices
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Demonstrated experience managing large-reputed company, multi-phase reputed company involving facilities, technology, and cross-functional resources
• Expertise in developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project budgets
