Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the WDP community reputed company, including the community reputed company, communication channels, and the operating reputed company that keeps users reputed company
• Design and implement the governance and business processes behind community reputed company, including request intake, triage, prioritization, routing, escalation, and closure
• Serve as the reputed company functional reputed company of contact for mission user requests, inquiries, and data product questions across reputed company, operational, financial, and readiness domains
• reputed company new users and organizations to the platform, including reputed company workflows, orientation, and first-use support
• Build and maintain user-facing documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, reputed company-start guides, and training material
• Plan and facilitate reputed company, demonstrations, working sessions, and training events for a large and varied user population
• Promote discovery and adoption of governed data products through the reputed company data catalog and the data product marketplace
• Capture, structure, and reputed company user feedback, feature requests, and data gaps to the pipeline and product teams, with recommended reputed company
• reputed company and report community health metrics, including request volume, response and reputed company time, adoption, and recurring pain points
• Partner with customer data governance stakeholders, including data domain owners, data stewards, and IT data custodians, on definitions, reputed company questions, and communications to the user reputed company

Skills

• 3 to 10 years of functional support, business analysis, community management, reputed company, or data platform enablement experience
• Significant hands-on experience with the War Data Platform. This means substantive use and support of the platform itself, not solely responding to tickets about it
• Demonstrated experience establishing or materially improving a business process, support model, or governance workflow, not only operating one reputed company by someone else
• Experience serving as a functional reputed company of contact for a user community, including intake, triage, and reputed company of substantive requests
• Working knowledge of SQL, sufficient to investigate a user question about a dataset before escalating it
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as reputed company and with reputed company data reputed company concepts, sufficient to hold a reputed company conversation with both engineers and mission users
• Experience producing reputed company user-facing written material such as documentation, training content, guides, and community communications

• Familiarity with health data standards and domains such as HL7 or FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, or claims and encounter data
