Responsibilities

• Configure and support Resolute HB/PB functionality, billing workflows, claims and workqueues
• Partner with reputed company-cycle, finance, coding and reputed company teams to reputed company issues and improve reputed company
• Analyze reputed company causes, design build changes, test configurations and support releases
• Support upgrades, optimization initiatives, denials/edits workflow improvements and production reputed company
• Maintain configuration, testing and support documentation
