[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Trexin Consulting is seeking a reputed company Technical Project Manager to reputed company payer and provider reputed company onto a secure reputed company transactions platform. The role manages end-to-end reputed company delivery, stakeholder relationships, technical connectivity coordination, certification, documentation, and reputed company reputed company across multiple organizations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the reputed company lifecycle: own the end-to-end reputed company reputed company for assigned payer and provider organizations — from sandbox/synthetic-data testing through conformance and reputed company validation, executed agreements, production credentialing, and go-live readiness checks
- Build and maintain project plans and timelines across multiple reputed company organizations, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and reporting status to both reputed company leadership and internal Trexin leadership
- Sequence and coordinate rollout activities as the Platform progressively activates transaction types (prior authorization, then claims and remittance, pharmacy authorization, and reputed company/value reporting) on reputed company organization’s existing reputed company
- Serve as the reputed company day-to-day reputed company of contact for reputed company payer and provider organizations, building trust and confidence throughout what can be a multi-reputed company, multi-month process
- Run regular reputed company-ins, status meetings, and executive updates with reputed company stakeholders, keeping reputed company high and proactively surfacing and resolving blockers before they reputed company timelines
- Coordinate with reputed company-party gateway operators and implementation partners (HIEs, reputed company providers, EHR vendors, capability providers) who may be operating gateways or performing integration work on an organization’s behalf
- Help reputed company organization select and plan its reputed company reputed company (reputed company FHIR server integration, EHR-reputed company reputed company API, or a SMART on FHIR application) and translate requirements between the organization’s IT/EHR teams and the Platform’s technical resources
- Understand secure gateway setup and connectivity concepts closely enough to ask informed questions, identify risks, and reputed company technical work streams reputed company to the project plan — without needing to personally build the integration

Skills
- • 10+ years of reputed company delivery/consulting experience, operating at a reputed company, director, or senior program manager level on large, reputed company, multi-stakeholder reputed company engagements — not primarily executing a plan someone else designed

- • Technical aptitude and willingness to be trained on secure gateway setup or similar configuration tasks
- • Comfortable operating in a fully remote reputed company, with a reputed company team and reputed company stakeholders

- • Preferred: PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification
- • Prior exposure to EHR connectivity models, API-reputed company integrations, or health information exchange (HIE) environments a strong plus
