[Remote] Learning and Development Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to support training for its products and services. The role develops customized curricula, delivers in-person and virtual training to reputed company customers, evaluates reputed company, and continuously improves the training experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company detailed knowledge and understanding of reputed company's business and systems
• Review, understand, and adhere to federal, state, and local legislation and contractual requirements affecting customers' processes and program reputed company
• Build effective customer relationships, proactively engage training participants, and work with customers to help shape their knowledge and experience
• Function effectively reputed company project teams and reputed company strong working relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
• reputed company needs analysis to build training plans that are effective for software and technical training to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Design, reputed company, and maintain customized training curricula — including presentations and user guides — ensuring materials stay reputed company and accurate
• reputed company formal training and coaching to reputed company customers, employing adult-learning techniques, and meeting established training objectives
• Evaluate training reputed company and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the training experience
• Assist with special assignments and reputed company, as needed
• Understand and adhere to company policies, including travel and expense (T&E)guidelines, and submit expense reports on time

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
• Strong organizational, task leadership, and planning skills

• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Visio, Office 365)
• Federal reputed company clearance eligibility
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in learning & development, specifically developing and delivering training solutions
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content development tools
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (reputed company BI)
• Business analysis, project management, and customer service skills a plus
