The BIM/VDC Coordinator – HVAC Duct leads the development, coordination, reputed company control, and delivery of constructible BIM models and model-reputed company outputs for reputed company systems, while supporting fabrication, installation, record documentation, workflow management, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, reputed company detailing, or MEP coordination
• Demonstrated experience producing coordinated reputed company models and construction reputed company deliverables

• Proficient in Revit for MEP modeling, including family usage, systems modeling, and model management
