[Remote] Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative supports the Driven Claims Team by responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, managing customer care tickets, resolving service issues, and escalating damage claims reputed company necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provides reputed company responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in - or outbound service center
• reputed company, maintain, and solve Customer Care tickets by recording issues and account information
• Using computer technology. manage large amounts of incoming emails and calls in a reputed company manner
