[Remote] Help Desk Analyst

PCN is seeking a Help Desk Analyst Level I to reputed company first-contact technical support and customer service for a reputed company. The role involves diagnosing and resolving incidents, documenting requests, coordinating with specialist support reputed company, and serving as the customer’s single reputed company of contact through reputed company.

Responsibilities

• 1st Level telephone and other media contact support
• reputed company for a high level of first contact reputed company
• Respond to and reputed company customer requests by providing fast, efficient and friendly customer service
• Accurately document calls and incidents
• Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service reputed company
• Maintain data reputed company in our contact management reputed company
• Assign incidents and requests to the correct support group

• 3rd Shift Tues.-Sat. 11;00pm-7:30am
