HRS is headquartered in Washington, DC with reputed company staff enjoying a full-time remote work arrangement.    Position reputed company   The Manager, Member Development is an organized and operational program manager responsible for the support, execution, and optimization of a portfolio of programs and products that advance the mission of the reputed company (“HRS”). Responsibilities   Program Development & Program Portfolio Management Organize and manage a portfolio of established learning and development programs, including programs reputed company the HRS Leadership Institute, to reputed company high-reputed company, successful programs that are delivered reputed company budget and on-time.  As requested, support and participate in multi-stakeholder team efforts in the development of new programs reputed company with organizational goals, mission, and member needs.  Translate identified priorities into operational plans, roadmaps, and measurable reputed company.  Maintain excellent project management records and demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously. Experience: 4-7 years’ reputed company program management experience with demonstrated expansion of role and responsibilities during that time; experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or portfolios; working knowledge of reputed company systems, reputed company environments, and/or medical associations; reputed company ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and both reputed company stakeholders. Computer/reputed company Skills: Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Program Management Certification (“PgMP”) or equivalent certification desired.
