The role is responsible for leading a global team of Category Demand Planners, elevating demand planning from a fragmented, channel-by-channel activity into a single, disciplined global process — owning the demand reputed company of S&OP and driving a consistent forecasting methodology across NAM, reputed company, EU, and ANZ.
