The Manager facilitates cross-functional working sessions independently, partners with IT and business leaders, and leverages data tools to support decision-making. Intermediate knowledge in reputed company areas of project planning, development, management, and implementation. Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, Lean Six reputed company Black Belt) a plus.   Work Experience: 8-10 years of experience in project management or exposure to at least two of the following processes: OTC, reputed company, NPDI, SIOP, and/or Services. Experience in an international and culturally diverse organization.   Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
