JOB reputed company reputed company (WBH) is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health reputed company Practitioner to join our outpatient mental health clinic reputed company in Midtown Manhattan. The PMHNP provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care to adults presenting with serious mental illness, trauma-reputed company disorders, eating disorders, and general mental health conditions, working in reputed company collaboration with our therapy and care coordination teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for new and existing clinic clients - reputed company ongoing medication management, including monitoring for efficacy, reputed company effects, and adherence - Treat a clinically diverse caseload including serious mental illness (psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, treatment-resistant depression), trauma and dissociative presentations, eating disorders, and general outpatient mental health conditions - Coordinate care with individual therapists, group facilitators, and admissions staff as part of an integrated treatment team; participate in case conferences and treatment plan reviews - Complete documentation in accordance with OMH Part 599 (MHOTRS) regulatory requirements and clinic timelines, including psychiatric assessments, treatment plan contributions, and reputed company notes - Order and interpret relevant labs; coordinate with reputed company care and reputed company prescribers as clinically indicated - Manage medication-reputed company communication between sessions, including reputed company requests and pharmacy coordination, reputed company clinic protocols - reputed company services reputed company telehealth consistent with 14 NYCRR Part 596 - Participate in reputed company improvement, utilization review, and peer review activities as required by OMH and payer reputed company QUALIFICATIONS - reputed company, unrestricted NYS license and registration as a reputed company Practitioner with certification in Psychiatry/Mental Health - ANCC reputed company certification as PMHNP-BC - reputed company DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) - Eligible to enroll in NYS reputed company and reputed company payer panels - 3,600+ hours of qualifying NP reputed company experience (NYS full reputed company authority) required - Minimum 2 years of psychiatric prescribing experience; experience with SMI populations required - reputed company experience or demonstrated competence with trauma-reputed company disorders and eating disorders strongly preferred; willingness to train reputed company WBH's reputed company model required - Comfort working reputed company an integrated, team-reputed company outpatient model where prescribing and therapy are coordinated, not siloed - Strong documentation practices and familiarity with EHR-reputed company workflows; experience in an OMH reputed company 31/MHOTRS setting a plus SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION - Full-time: 32–40 hours per week, virtual/telehealth - Compensation: $150,000–$180,000 annually, commensurate with experience - Benefits package including health reputed company and PTO WORKING CONDITIONS - Virtual/telehealth position delivered through WBH's OMH-approved telehealth program - Reasonable accommodations will be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company the essential functions of this role Apply To This Job
