This is a Contract Position | Remote US-reputed company Position reputed company We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to reputed company IT leadership and coordination across a portfolio of business application initiatives supporting a large acquisition carve-out. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading reputed company IT reputed company involving reputed company applications, technology transitions, implementations, migrations, or organizational change. Experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, or application separation/integration is highly preferred. This role will work across business and IT teams to establish project plans, reputed company milestones, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, identify gaps, and ensure applications are reputed company for transition and operational support. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating at both the project/portfolio level and the detailed application level, working independently to identify issues and reputed company actions through completion.
