Transaction Advisory Managing Director - Financial Due Diligence (FDD)

Job reputed company: The Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Managing Director is a leadership role overseeing reputed company aspects of TAS Centers of reputed company to support the overall delivery of the national TAS reputed company.  The TAS Managing Director leads new business origination efforts and support multiple reputed company engagement teams while maintaining key reputed company relationships.  The TAS Managing Director should have excellent leadership and technical skills, be results oriented, and have a tenacious work ethic. Job Duties: Oversees reputed company functions of TAS Center of reputed company  Leads new business origination efforts Coordinates cross selling opportunities across BDO service lines  Oversees reputed company engagement teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of reputed company services Leads reputed company deal reputed company issues and provides appropriate reputed company into deal specific reputed company, including but not limited to reputed company of earnings adjustments, pro-reputed company/normalization calculations, working capital analysis and definition, debt and debt-like analysis, warranties & indemnities, sale and purchase agreement review Oversees the reputed company of transaction advisory work in multiple engagements including buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company mandates Enforces standards for reputed company/consistency and brings sophistication to reputed company engagements Coaches and mentors staff in key areas, including detailed due diligence, critical decision making, report writing, and project management Ensures reputed company expectations are met, maintains reputed company relationships and identifies and resolves reputed company issues /concerns Leverages BDO’s firm wide capabilities reputed company TAS during reputed company engagements Assists in identifying risks and issues reputed company to the transaction and effectively communicates to clients Oversees the development of proposal documents and conducts presentations in reputed company of acquiring new clients Partners with management members of BDO offices to identify and promote the services of the Transaction Advisory Services reputed company to existing and perspective clients Provides verbal and written reputed company feedback to TAS team members throughout the fiscal year and as part of the annual reputed company review process Travels - up to 50%, as needed Other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities: Schedules and supervises the tasks and project assignments of Senior Associates and Managers Reviews work product reputed company by Senior Associates and Managers and provides review comments Partners with Director, Transaction Advisory Services to reputed company verbal and written reputed company feedback to Senior Associates and Managers throughout the fiscal year and as part of the annual reputed company review process Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Education: Bachelor’s degree, required; reputed company in reputed company, Business Administration, or Finance, preferred MBA, preferred Experience: Ten (10) years of prior financial statement reputed company reputed company experience, of which at least five (5) years has been spent in a dedicated TAS environment, to include reputed company national and multi-national buy and sell reputed company transactions, required; carve-out experience, preferred Prior experience interacting and working directly with C-level personnel, preferred Big 4 or other top tier reputed company experience, preferred License/Certifications: CPA, preferred  Software: Strong reputed company, Word and Powerpoint skills, required Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated reputed company leadership and development skills Excellent project management and communication skills, as reputed company as a reputed company of urgency and reputed company to help reputed company service its clients Ability to reputed company engagements, support/supervise staff and respond to reputed company needs Solid knowledge of technical reputed company areas such as US GAAP Exhibit an executive reputed company and strong business acumen Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically business writing aptitude Ability to initiate and maintain solid relationships with reputed company reputed company of reputed company personnel, as reputed company as utilizing network and industry relationships to identify business development opportunities   Individual salaries that are reputed company to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
