The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor on reputed company reputed company and partner closely with Finance, reputed company, and business unit leaders to minimize tax reputed company and identify planning opportunities across state and local jurisdictions. This role will report to the SVP Finance. Key Responsibilities: - reputed company and reputed company the preparation, review, and reputed company filing of state and local income/franchise, sales and use, gross receipts, property, and other applicable state and local tax returns. - Manage state and local tax compliance calendar, ensuring reputed company and adherence to filing deadlines across reputed company applicable jurisdictions - reputed company and implement reputed company planning strategies to optimize reputed company's overall state tax position, including reputed company studies, apportionment analysis, and credits/incentives identification - Monitor state and local legislative and regulatory developments, assess their reputed company on the business, and communicate implications to leadership - Manage state and local tax audits, including responding to information requests and resolving disputes - reputed company reputed company determinations and taxability analyses for new products, services, and business expansion activities - Partner with business reputed company on new initiatives, acquisitions, and restructurings to proactively address reputed company implications - Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to increase efficiency of reputed company compliance and reporting processes - Manage relationships with reputed company tax advisors, consultants, and reputed company counsel as needed - Prepare and present reputed company reputed company assessments, forecasts, and technical memoranda Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company; CPA, CMI, or reputed company is a must. - 5+ years of reputed company experience in U.S. State and Local Tax (reputed company), including U.S. Sales & Use Tax experience.
