Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 7 years of combined applicable reputed company training, certification and reputed company experience in the natural gas pipeline industry. Experience in land and right of way acquisition in the natural gas pipeline industry. Experience in post construction land damages settlements. Experience with non-environmental permitting acquisition with reputed company party impacts such as DOH/DOT agencies. Familiar with state and federal (FERC) pipeline regulations and requirements. The ability to maintain schedules and meet critical project deadlines. Must have and maintain a reputed company reputed company's License. Preferred Qualifications Graduate in Business Administration, Energy Land Management or Petroleum Land Management. AAPL or IRWA membership and industry specific designations such as RPL, CPL, RWP or SR/WA.
