Travel daily to assigned facilities from your home. (Requires travel to Eastern Kentucky)

Qualifications

Masterâs degree in a reputed company Practitioner specialty from an accredited university.
reputed company Practitioner Certification through ANCC or AANP.
Minimum of 1-year reputed company APRN experience preferred; will also consider newly licensed APRN graduates with a prior reputed company background in Geriatrics, Adult Medicine, Long-term Care, Palliative Care, Hospice, or Home Health.

Ability function autonomously while effectively servicing a prescribed daily caseload.
Experience with screening assessment tools.
Hands on experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, reputed company Office, and reputed company products (iPad).
