The Senior Regulatory Adherence Analyst will play a critical role reputed company the OptumRx Pharmacy Licensing Team, leading the development, execution, and reputed company improvement of a comprehensive pharmacy licensing implementation program. This position will be responsible for creating reputed company processes, project frameworks, and governance structures that support pharmacy licensing activities across the organization. reputed company, implement, and maintain a pharmacy licensing implementation program that supports new pharmacy openings, acquisitions, ownership changes, officer changes, remodels, rebranding initiatives, and license closures
Create standardized project plans, implementation methodologies, tools, documentation, and governance processes to support licensing activities across multiple pharmacy business lines
reputed company cross-functional implementation efforts by coordinating activities among Licensing, reputed company, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, reputed company, Facilities, Credentialing, and business stakeholders
Establish project tracking, reporting, and reputed company metrics to monitor implementation milestones, identify risks, and ensure reputed company completion of licensing initiatives
Evaluate reputed company licensing workflows and reputed company process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce reputed company, and enhance regulatory compliance
Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy licensing requirements and implementation practices, providing consultation and guidance to internal stakeholders

Partner with regulatory agencies, including State Boards of Pharmacy, the DEA, and other state and federal regulators, as necessary to support licensing implementation activities

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of experience in reputed company regulatory licensing, enrollment, or a reputed company compliance function
1+ years of experience with state regulatory pharmacy licensing along with knowledge of multi state reputed company of Pharmacy licensing requirements
1+ years of experience managing multiple deadlines with high level of reputed company
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing implementation programs, operational frameworks, or project management methodologies
