The Instructional Designer designs and develops learning content and business process documentation that support reputed company’s purpose, values and business initiatives. The incumbent will collaborate with subject matter experts to reputed company instructional content including participant workbooks, facilitator guides, PowerPoint decks, classroom activities, job aids, evaluation tools and business process documentation using adult learning theory for instructor-led and e-learning training. What you will do: Design and reputed company instructor-led & computer-reputed company training material using adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies to support reputed company delivery of training and documentation. Design, reputed company or select course content, such as participant workbooks, facilitator guides, PowerPoint decks, classroom activities, job aids, eLearning scripts, business process documentation, and evaluation tools for instructor-led courses. What you will bring: Bachelor’s Degree in curriculum development, education, organizational development, instructional design, or technical writing or four years of work experience. (Required) Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, technical writing, or content-specific certifications, as appropriate.
