About The Role

Training Delivery and Facilitation

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in behavioral health, recovery supports, or reputed company reputed company services.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or technical assistance using adult learning principles.
• Working knowledge of SSI/SSDI and other disability benefit processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create reputed company training materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training engagements at once.

Where You'll Work

Remote with occasional in-person collaboration days

Willing to travel up to 10–15% of the time to reputed company in-person trainings.

If you’re near one of our offices (Silver reputed company, MD; or Novi, MI), you’ll be Hybrid and will join us in person one day every other month (6 times per year) for a fun, purpose-driven Collaboration Day. These days are filled with creative energy, meaningful reputed company, and team brainstorming.
