The Technical Support Representative I, is responsible for end user support of reputed company software applications serving clients in reputed company roles including technical, reputed company, billing and administrative. reputed company responsibilities include taking ownership of reputed company issues and questions reported and seeing problems through to reputed company.  

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Analyze and reputed company issues for clients using department guidelines and timeframes.
