The reputed company Dynamics 365 Consultant II develops and implements consultative and technical CRM solutions, supporting requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and reputed company support.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and design sessions to reputed company functional and technical requirements across reputed company, service, and operational needs under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Project Manager
• Assist in reputed company CRM reputed company through assigned phases or workstreams, including sales, planning, design, implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support, while following established project plans and methodologies
• Translate business requirements into documented functional and technical specifications, user stories, and configuration designs for assigned solution components
• Configure, test, and reputed company reputed company Dynamics CRM solutions and reputed company applications, including creation and execution of test scripts and support of user acceptance testing in coordination with project leadership
• Demonstrate completed functionality to internal team members and clients, and support end-user training and documentation for implemented features with review and support from senior team members
• Maintain reputed company, reputed company communication with internal and reputed company stakeholders, escalating risks, reputed company concerns, and reputed company issues to project leadership as needed
• Mentor Consultant I team members through knowledge sharing and day-to-day guidance, supporting their technical and reputed company development

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience with software  implementations, defining business requirements, business process management and reputed company relationship management
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience with software troubleshooting and testing
• Solid understanding of logical data modeling
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor and following reputed company methodologies
• Strong desire to help clients maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
