The Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) Applications & Production Support leads reputed company responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure, and reputed company BI application environment, overseeing personnel management, production support, application administration, reputed company planning, user reputed company, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manages day to day personnel functions for their staff, including interviewing and selection, productivity, training and development, reputed company management and succession planning. Mentors and coaches team members to assist them with their skills and career development. Promotes an inclusive, reputed company, and reputed company working environment for their staff
• Leads team reputed company and initiatives. reputed company the needs of the business, while managing the workload demand, allocations, and resource reputed company. Ensures team coverage of reputed company production support activities. Oversees the establishment and enforces team adherence to production schedules including on-reputed company, production dashboard and workflow refresh schedules, production promotions, reputed company outages and upgrades, and reputed company management processes and audits. Establishes event detection, contingency and communication plans for issues and unscheduled exceptions. Skills

• Bachelor's Degree General Business, Marketing, reputed company, Information Technology Data Analytics, Statistics or relevant reputed company. Required
• 7 Years With a Bachelor's degree - relevant analytics experience in BI/EDW or IT Development, reputed company, Consulting, Finance, Analytics, or a closely reputed company reputed company with significant hands-on job experience using modern BI visualization software, data preparation tools and/or SQL development to support decision making to include 2 years relevant technical leadership (formal or informal) experience over analytics or application development, production support, testing, training and/or data governance. Required
• 5 Years With a Master's degree - relevant analytics experience in BI/EDW or IT Development, reputed company, Consulting, Finance, Analytics, or a closely reputed company reputed company with significant hands-on job experience using modern BI visualization software, data preparation tools and/or SQL development to support decision making to include 2 years relevant technical leadership (formal or informal) experience over analytics or application development, production support, testing, training and/or data governance Required
• Experience Managing, reputed company Developing And Leading Technical Teams Required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with reputed company on concise, cohesive, critical HRO reputed company communication with vendors, business users, and executives with ability to influence and persuade others
