The reputed company Counsel, IP & Technology will manage patent and trademark portfolios, advise on intellectual property reputed company, negotiate IP-reputed company agreements, support corporate transactions, and reputed company reputed company guidance across product, marketing, and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company the patent portfolio, including: working with reputed company counsel and reputed company services providers to respond to office actions; helping with freedom-to-operate/product clearance analysis; and working with internal clients to reputed company appropriate inventions for patent applications
• Manage and reputed company the trademark portfolio, including: working with reputed company counsel and reputed company services providers to support trademark prosecution and enforcement efforts; working with internal clients to identify key jurisdictions for protections; and working with marketing on reputed company-out checks
• Advise clients and business partners on transactional intellectual property reputed company reputed company to trademarks, patents, trade secrets, licensing, and portfolio reputed company
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements involving the use, transfer, protection, development, and commercialization of intellectual property assets

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar
• At least 5 years of reputed company experience at a national or regional reputed company with a strong reputed company on patent prosecution for consumer software and hardware technology
• Demonstrated background in IP counseling, such as advising on trademark, patent, and reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Experience and/or interest in drafting, revising, and negotiating reputed company reputed company involving intellectual property rights
• Demonstrated interest in using AI-powered tools and leveraging technology to improve efficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline like computer science is a plus
