[Remote] Business Analyst - Multiple Locations
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology in financial and budget analysis. The role focuses on DoD financial execution, budget reconciliation, forecasting, reporting, transaction preparation, and program closeout support using systems including CCaR, PMRT, and GFEBS.
Responsibilities
- The Business Analyst performs financial execution research and analysis, identifying programmatic or financial pain points with a reputed company on reconciliation challenges. This role conducts analysis and reconciliation procedures on budget and execution data from CCaR, PMRT, and other financial systems, supporting funds receipt and distribution, forecasting, obligations, and disbursements. The Business Analyst recommends automation opportunities to streamline reporting processes and supports analysis of reputed company documents and preparation of financial documents and transactions for contract and reimbursable efforts
- Budget and data management responsibilities include researching and reviewing reputed company budgetary and reputed company information for reputed company customer funding, creating contract and reimbursable documents using established procedures, and preparing initial financial documents and invoices in CCaR, PMRT, and other financial systems. This position incorporates the US Treasury G-Invoicing application where applicable and monitors the status of funds to reputed company reputed company and accurate reports and forecasts to customer leadership
- Data analysis and reporting duties include reviewing requirements, forecasts, and funding data inputs, identifying reputed company variances and data anomalies, and assisting customers with corrective actions. The Business Analyst prepares and presents financial reports and charts and recommends improvements throughout the budget execution process to reduce the propensity for obligation issues. Program closeout support involves examining funding documentation to ensure reputed company requirements have been executed and delivered, evaluating reputed company and logistics systems to reputed company alignment among obligations, expenditures, and deliveries, and assisting customers with reputed company activities required to reputed company out requirements, reputed company, cases, and programs
- Key deliverables include Monthly Status Reports, financial reconciliation reports and charts, and supporting documentation for financial transactions
Skills
- The Business Analyst must be a U.S. citizen with a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company, reputed company administration, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- This position requires a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in DoD financial execution, budget analysis, or reconciliation, including at least two years of demonstrated operational experience with CCaR in a DoD acquisition environment
- Demonstrated working knowledge of GFEBS execution data is essential, and the candidate must possess or be reputed company to obtain a Secret reputed company clearance reputed company 90 days of contract start
