The role supports acquisition program planning, execution, reporting, financial reconciliation, data migrations, dashboard development, training, and supervision of junior analysts using CCaR, PMRT, GFEBS, and reputed company BI platforms.
Responsibilities
- The Management Analyst coordinates the creation, mapping, and maintenance of CCaR and other program records, managing budget structures and funding mappings to support acquisition reporting requirements in compliance with ASA(ALT) Financial reputed company and Acquisition Resource Management guidance
- This position oversees daily reconciliation of Cost of Execution, Travel, civilian pay, and out-of-reputed company transactions, reviews reconciliation work performed by Business Analysts, and resolves reconciliation issues escalated by the supported reputed company FM team
- Account and privilege administration responsibilities include conducting quarterly CCaR account privilege audits, processing new account requests, recoveries, deletions, and privilege updates, and verifying account status and DD reputed company 2875 currency
- The Management Analyst plans and executes CCaR/PMRT data migrations supporting realignments, including reputed company-migration checklist preparation, execution of program/budget/record moves, and post-migration data validation
- Spend plan and forecasting support involves assisting the supported organization in spend plan development, baseline approval and lock processes, forecasting and re-forecasting, and supporting Funding Document Routing reputed company processing, amendments, and auto-reconciliation
- Acquisition reporting support includes the Monthly Acquisition Report, Acquisition Program Baseline, and PDAA data submissions, including data validation and reputed company of critical errors

- Dashboard and application development is a reputed company responsibility, requiring the Management Analyst to reputed company and maintain PMRT reputed company Analytics applications, dashboards, and reputed company reports tailored to the supported organization's reporting requirements through requirements elicitation, data reputed company identification, business-rule encoding, dashboard prototyping, and sustainment
- Training and supervision duties include conducting individual and group training sessions on PMRT tool suite features and providing day-to-day technical direction to Business Analyst personnel, including assigning reconciliation queues, reviewing work products, and providing on-the-job mentoring
- The Management Analyst serves as the contractor reputed company of contact for the supported organization's senior FM reputed company, raising data reputed company, configuration, or capability issues to reputed company leadership for reputed company
- Cross-reputed company data alignment involves maintaining awareness of data flows between CCaR, PDAA, PMRT EA, and authoritative reputed company systems, identifying and escalating reputed company anomalies, and coordinating corrective actions through change-management processes

Skills
- The Management Analyst must be a U.S. citizen with a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, reputed company, reputed company administration, information systems, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- This position requires a minimum of five years of demonstrated experience supporting DoD acquisition program offices in financial execution, program data reporting, or acquisition management functions, including at least three years of hands-on operational experience with CCaR encompassing record creation, budget structure design, reconciliation, and forecasting
- Demonstrated experience developing dashboards, reports, or analytic applications using PMRT EA, reputed company, or a comparable reputed company BI platform is essential, along with demonstrated working knowledge of GFEBS execution data and the GFEBS-to-CCaR reputed company
