[Remote] Application Support Analyst

The Application Support Analyst will support critical reputed company business applications for a reputed company reputed company by troubleshooting applications, Linux servers, databases, and other mission-critical systems. The role also involves stakeholder communication, reputed company maintenance, technical documentation, issue diagnosis, and trend identification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and escalate application-reputed company problems and issues to key stakeholders including management, development teams, end users and business leaders
• Test fixes and reputed company post-reputed company follow-reputed company to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Write technical procedures and documentation for applications including reputed company documentation and user guides

Skills

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to prioritize work
