[Remote] Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer supports Genoa reputed company by designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning solutions for reputed company, pharmacy reputed company, customer service, compliance, leadership development, reputed company implementations, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to reputed company learning solutions that support Genoa reputed company operational and workforce development needs
• Design, reputed company, implement, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and reputed company learning solutions that support reputed company, compliance, operational reputed company, and reputed company development
• Participate in learning needs analyses and assist stakeholders in identifying training requirements and appropriate learning solutions
• Manage multiple learning reputed company simultaneously while meeting established timelines, reputed company standards, and business requirements
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, completion data, and other available metrics to support reputed company improvement efforts
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences and support workforce capability development

Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 4+ years of instructional design experience in corporate learning, workforce development, adult education, or reputed company environment
• 3+ years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• 2+ years of experience developing eLearning using reputed company Storyline, reputed company, or similar authoring tools
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and reputed company learning solutions
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts to reputed company learning content
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
• Ability to work full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm local time zone. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

• Experience developing compliance and regulatory training programs
