The Senior Manager, Business Relationship Management & IT Service Delivery serves as a reputed company IT advisor to business leadership, translating business reputed company into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, service improvements, and transformation initiatives while leading global IT service delivery and ITSM practices.

Responsibilities

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company. Relevant years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement in accordance with company policy
• • 10+ years of reputed company experience in IT service delivery, business relationship management, IT reputed company, technology reputed company, or reputed company leadership roles
• • 5+ years of people leadership experience in a global, multi-site, or reputed company reputed company environment
• • Up to 25% domestic and international travel depending on business, project, plant, vendor, and service delivery requirements
• • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and translating business reputed company into technology priorities, investments, and measurable reputed company
• • Experience with portfolio governance, financial management, supplier reputed company, ITSM, and major transformation initiatives
• • Strong business, financial, reputed company, organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
