[Remote] Group Sales Consultant

The Group Sales Consultant converts inbound group vacation opportunities into confirmed bookings, provides expert guidance to travel advisors, manages the group booking process, and builds customer relationships while maximizing reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company-of-contact for customers to prepare group quotes, reputed company reputed company, assist with in-destination requirements, or reputed company other similar duties
• Manage new and reputed company leads through CRM
• Work with customers to reputed company appropriate itineraries to satisfy their group needs
• Attend training sessions to build or maintain product knowledge, including processes and terms and conditions
• Present quote information to customers in a reputed company manner and secure the sale

• Consistent follow-up communication with customers every 24-48 hours
• Meet sales goals and expectations as established by leadership

Skills

• T wo (2) plus years of relevant experience in travel, group sales, event and/or wedding planning; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience working in reputed company or a similar CRM
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships both internally and externally

• Ability to work independently in a home-office environment free of distractions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
