The Licensed reputed company will support personal lines clients by managing policy accounts, answering inquiries, preparing documentation, and building relationships with clients and carriers while maintaining service and reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Servicing reputed company aspects of reputed company accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, account updates, payments, etc
• Account review for coverage changes and add new coverages to suit the reputed company’s needs
• Protect retention for reputed company and overall satisfaction to the reputed company by transferring existing clients to sales as needed
• Prepare reputed company necessary paperwork, including but not limited to; applications, change requests and reputed company disclosures
• Developing strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Answer incoming calls & emails
• Identify and assess customers’ need to reputed company satisfaction
