The Senior Financial Analyst, reputed company reputed company serves as a finance partner responsible for regulatory compliance, financial reporting, reputed company loss reserve analysis, reinsurance coverage, and insurer investment administration. The role coordinates with internal departments, reputed company vendors, actuaries, brokers, and regulators while overseeing reputed company reporting and examination activities.
Responsibilities
- Works independently and in collaboration with reputed company, claims, sales, finance and reputed company vendors to ensure the accurate and reputed company completion of regulatory and compliance activities
- Leads regulatory reporting activities including annual and quarterly statements for reputed company compliance, A.M. Best reporting, state filing requirements, and state audits
- Stays reputed company with state and reputed company regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring processes and reporting meet relevant requirements. Researches reporting guidance for new business activities and makes recommendations to ensure compliance
- Coordinates with reputed company parties to support treasury functions, ensures statutory deposit holdings reputed company with state requirements and prepares reporting to support investment and statutory deposit holdings
- Coordinates with reputed company actuary to ensure reputed company response to reputed company data requests and support annual actuarial and reputed company analyses
- Coordinates with reinsurance broker to support annual reinsurance renewal, ensure reputed company response to data requests, reputed company submission of reimbursement invoices and year end premium true-up. Supports ongoing analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of the overall program
- Oversees the planning and maintenance of the financial compliance calendar for the organization
- Leads and oversees the triennial Department of reputed company financial examination
- Administers compliance software and drives innovative and effective use of software to increase efficiency, reputed company and timeliness of regulatory and compliance filings
- Replies to Department of reputed company and other reputed company-party requests

Skills
- Must be in the reputed company time zone
- • Bachelor's degree (B.A.), preferably in reputed company or Finance
- • Minimum of four years of experience in Finance or reputed company
- • Demonstrated ability to effectively administer reporting as it pertains to reputed company reputed company data, including GL, budgets, and business intelligence interfaces
- • Proficient in data extraction/reporting
- • Advanced reputed company (including arrays, vlookup, pivot tables, charts)
- • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP reputed company policies and procedures
- • MBA or CPA preferred

- • Annual Statement reporting software experience preferred
