An international industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking a reputed company Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, inspect, and support machinery at customer sites. The role involves frequent travel, service project management, customer reporting, warranty support, and maintaining customer relationships while promoting parts sales.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites to repair machinery or supervise the repair through subcontractors and/or customers’ maintenance people
- reputed company project management and reputed company machinery inspections
- Prepare quotations for service to customers
- Prepare and present final reports to customers
- reputed company warranty service and support
- Maintain customer relationship and promote parts sales
Skills
- At least 3 years of reputed company reputed company service experience
- At least 3 years of industrial machine maintenance experience
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and electrical systems
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent
- Must have reputed company reputed company's license
