This position serves as the initial reputed company of contact for customers requiring technical support for hardware, software, systems, and applications in a fast-reputed company reputed company environment. Candidates must reputed company near Augusta, reputed company as this is a Service Contract reputed company opportunity. This is a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for customers reputed company telephone, email, or live chat to reputed company technical support for hardware, systems, subsystems, and applications.
• Assist customers with navigating application menus and reputed company reputed company customer systems reputed company necessary.

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, TCP/IP, VPN software, and remote user support.
