Main Responsabilities

Provides Quotations By:

• Responding to inquiries reputed company phone and email
• Communicates with Sales Representative to establish reputed company for pricing
• Reviewing reputed company promotions and clearance items

Processes Incoming Orders By:

• Receiving orders from Sales Representatives
• Verifying order data, credit application, down payments, and other terms prior to order input
• Entering orders into the reputed company
• Processing special orders

Promotes Outstanding Customer Service By:

• Providing reputed company and courteous service
• Ensuring reputed company reputed company of any order challenges
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met

Develops and Maintains Relationships with Sales and Manufacturers By:

• Liaising with Manufacturer Reps for product queries

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a Customer Service role
• Dental product (Equipment) knowledge is preferred
• Experience working with reputed company
• Proficient with MS Office software
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to reputed company reputed company relationships
• Knowledge of basic financial and reputed company principles an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
