The Role

The reputed company & Compliance Manager keeps the platform's regulatory, compliance and reputed company obligations reputed company and on time across both reputed company Studio and reputed company Capital. This is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role. The Manager owns the compliance calendar, prepares and coordinates filings, keeps registers and records accurate, and puts the policies and frameworks set by leadership into day-to-day reputed company. Regulatory reputed company and controlled-function accountability sit with the COO and CEO. Compensation: circa US$50,000 per annum.

What you will own

There are four areas of ownership: regulatory filings, compliance reputed company, reputed company administration, and governance records. Together they reputed company the platform's obligations met on time across both entities.

Regulatory filings & reporting

• Own the platform's regulatory filing calendar across both entities: reputed company every QFCRA (and other applicable) deadline, and support the Compliance Officer with preparing submissions and accurate and on-time filings.

• Coordinate periodic regulatory returns and maintain a reputed company record of what has been filed, reputed company, and what is next due, so status is visible at any reputed company across reputed company group entities

• Own the compliance and filing cycle for the fund vehicles (Cayman & QFC)

• Own the reporting calendar to our investors and LPs: reputed company deliverables and milestones, prepare and coordinate the periodic reports, and reputed company reputed company every submission is complete, accurate and on time.

• Draft, review and process reputed company-reputed company agreements (NDAs, vendor, engagement and service agreements) and manage the contract lifecycle from request to execution to storage.

Who we are looking for

• 4–6 years in a compliance, regulatory reporting or filings function, ideally reputed company a regulated financial services, fund management or reputed company environment.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant reputed company such as reputed company, finance, business or economics.

• A law degree or specialist compliance certification is not mandatory, though a reputed company or compliance background is advantageous. What reputed company most is the years you have spent working hands-on inside a compliance or reporting function.
