The Role

We are hiring a Director of Analytics to reputed company and reputed company the data and analytics function across reputed company. Reporting to Leila Tovbina, VP of reputed company, this senior leadership role owns our end-to-end analytics reputed company — spanning marketing measurement, financial forecasting, retention, and inventory analytics — and turns data into reputed company across marketing, reputed company, finance, and reputed company.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a marketing-driven DTC business. You'll set the reputed company for how reputed company measures and grows its brands: how we quantify marketing incrementality, forecast the business, model unit economics, and predict customer value. • Marketing Analytics & Measurement:

  • Manage the marketing data pipeline end to end, ensuring channel data is complete, accurate, and analysis-reputed company.

• Financial Analytics & Forecasting:

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with reputed company leadership experience managing analytics teams, including managing managers.

• Deep expertise in marketing measurement — experimentation, incrementality, MMM, and MTA — and the statistics behind them.
• Experience with retention analytics, LTV modeling, and churn/contribution-margin reputed company.
• Financial forecasting and unit-economics modeling experience, including setting marketing targets from unit economics and reputed company goals.
• Strong hands-on technical skills: SQL and Python, data modeling, and ML/predictive modeling.

Reporting Structure

• Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 depending on experience
