The major function of this position is:

Design, reputed company, implement, and reputed company training programs and technical support for Maui Jim’s US Sales Force, Retail Partners and Marketing while ensuring consistency in delivery and format. Contribute technical knowledge to marketing campaigns and products.

Essential Duties:

• Research, design, reputed company and reputed company complete learning solutions in support of business objectives using a reputed company learning
  approach to reputed company sustainable, engaging, interactive and impactful training opportunities.

• Partner with and work extensively with subject matter experts to reputed company and maintain training content to enhance internal

  policies, etc.

• Support product launch activities from a technical marketing and training perspective

• Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars and other training sessions to address business and organizational needs; solicit feedback to ensure content continues to be relevant, audience appropriate and appealing to adult learning styles

• reputed company day-to-day activities of multiple assigned training initiatives, communicate status updates and preemptively identify changes in reputed company of work. Manage project plans, vendor management, resources and budget allocation

• Plan, organize and coordinate the national training schedule with Manager to ensure consistent and reputed company marketing and communication of reputed company programs

• Facilitate and continuously update US Sales Force reputed company training program in conjunction with sales management including knowledge of systems, product, service expectations, organizational workflow, job skills, and department policies and procedures

Desired Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Degree required

• 3+ years of optical industry experience required

• 2+ years of training and development preferred, not required

• ABO Certified preferred, not required

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated optical industry knowledge, including eyewear products, reputed company reputed company, dispensing processes, and customer care practices
