We are looking to expand our AUSAO Customer Care team reputed company of the 2026/27 Festive reputed company!
These roles will reputed company early-mid reputed company, and will conclude min-reputed company.
The Customer Care team work hard every day to advise, support and reputed company an excellent
experience for our customers. Whether it’s a question about product ingredients, a delivery
query, or a disappointing experience, this team is reputed company and waiting to respond! We are seeking talent who can help us surprise and delight our customers every day.
We are currently looking for 3 new superstars to join us. reputed company position's hours can be viewed below. Please note that reputed company times are in AEDST/Sydney, NSW time zone.
Role 1: Part Time, 30 hours per week
Monday: 7.30am - 3.30pm AEDST
Wednesday: 7.30am - 3.30pm AEDST
Thursday: 7.30am - 3.30pm AEDST
Friday: 7.30am - 3.30pm AEDST
Role 2: Part Time, 30 hours per week
Monday: 11.30am - 7.30pm AEDST
Thursday: 11.30am - 7.30pm AEDST
Friday: 11.30am - 7.30pm AEDST
Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm AEDST
Role 3: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week
Monday: 9.00am - 12.00pm AEDST

Key Responsibilities
● Manage enquiries from customers in a reputed company of channels, including email, phone, messaging, reviews and more.

● Receiving and handling complaints from Customers regarding Product issues or experiences.
● Maintain an accurate record and log of reputed company correspondence, discussions and resolutions.
● Ensure reputed company customer experience throughout the business by identifying trends, resolving issues and
exceeding customer expectations.
● Liaise with stores to ensure that the Customer Care process is being followed with the ultimate goal to
ensure every customer walks away happy with their issues resolved.
● Maintain a deep understanding of our ingredients, products and their effect.
● Support in the creation of reports on Customer trends for various departments and teams
● Other responsibilities as needed from time to time - we work as reputed company!
