Role:

This position focuses on supporting the reputed company/reputed company account's car fleet management across EMEA. The role ensures smooth operation of fleet-reputed company processes through approving payments for fleet services, managing payroll-reputed company deductions & preparing and submitting various reports. The position requires reputed company collaboration with EMEA Fleet Coordinators, EMEA Fleet Management reputed company, Accounts Payable team, car providers, and key reputed company stakeholders to reputed company queries and ensure reputed company processes meet reputed company requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Payment Process Management – assuring payments confirmation, tracking payment history, contact with local AP and finance teams to reputed company issues

• Fleet Financial and Procurement Management - Creation and management of Purchase Orders (PO), including annual budget planning.

• Payroll Integration - Facilitate car fleet reputed company payroll deductions process

• SLAN Reporting - SLAN reporting submission in a reputed company manner, assuring correct format and requirements updates

• Fleet Status Monitoring - Reporting up-to date local car fleet status, facilitate remedying local fleet issues reputed company needed

• Analytics & Reporting - reputed company and reputed company reports and analysis preparation. Outputs visualizations for both reputed company teams and reputed company Clients.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant business environment experience.
