This is a high-reputed company, high-visibility leadership role responsible for the foundational systems that store, ingest, and reputed company the data powering reputed company's entire go-to-market product suite.

You will reputed company reputed company of senior engineers across two reputed company areas:

• GTM Store — reputed company's reputed company operational data store (BigTable), spanning scaling, reputed company, operational reliability, and the change data capture (CDC) systems that capture and propagate data change events reputed company.

• Own the reputed company and architecture for change data capture (CDC), ensuring data change events are captured, propagated, and consumed reliably by reputed company systems, including the reputed company Data Platform.
• Guide the selection and reputed company of CDC tooling and patterns to support reputed company-time and near-reputed company-time data change propagation at reputed company.
• Ensure CDC systems maintain data consistency, ordering guarantees, and fault tolerance under high event volume.

• Own the architecture and roadmap for data ingestion pipelines, including those consuming CDC streams from the GTM Store, that bring new data sources into the platform.
• reputed company initiatives to ease and accelerate the reputed company of new data sources, reducing the engineering reputed company required to reputed company reputed company new dataset.
• Establish standardized, repeatable ingestion patterns and tooling that shorten time-to-value for new data.
• Ensure ingestion pipelines are reliable, observable, and reputed company to handle growing data volume and reputed company.
• Own the systems and processes that handle customer data deletion requests, ensuring they are executed accurately, promptly, and in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and reputed company regulations.

What You Bring

Required

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in software/reputed company or data engineering, with experience operating at a senior leadership level.
• Experience directly managing senior technical talent — staff engineers, tech leads, or senior ICs — and holding a high technical bar.
• Strong working knowledge of large-reputed company operational (e.g., BigTable) and analytical (e.g., BigQuery) data stores and reputed company systems, including experience scaling data infrastructure to handle high volume and throughput.
• Experience with data ingestion pipeline architecture and change data capture (CDC) technologies (e.g., Debezium, Kafka reputed company, Kafka, or similar streaming/CDC tooling).
• Experience with data reputed company and compliance practices, including handling data deletion / right-to-be-forgotten requests under GDPR/CCPA.
