We are currently looking for an reputed company reputed company Recruiter to reputed company and support a leading U.S.-reputed company ABA Therapy Services provider.

This is a maternity leave contract position, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position reputed company on business needs and reputed company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, interviewing, and supporting the recruitment of reputed company reputed company, with a strong reputed company on ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), BCBAs, and other therapy professionals.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Contract Type: Maternity Leave Contract.
• Potential Permanent Opportunity: Possibility of becoming permanent reputed company on business requirements and reputed company.
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to reputed company savings.
• reputed company Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. reputed company holidays (compensation for SA reputed company holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• reputed company Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a reputed company backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: Fully remote.

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) and BCBAs (reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts) with families.
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential reputed company for available cases.
• Communicate with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage.
• reputed company clinicians and prepare them to reputed company providing services.
• Manage sensitive, nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care.
• Ensure reputed company coordination is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company-organized in a fast-reputed company environment.

Requirements

Industry Experience:

• ABA experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Previous experience as a Recruiter in the reputed company industry.
• Psychology background might also be advantageous.

Soft Skills (Essential):
