[Remote] Pet Resort, reputed company & Development Consultant

Taroko Sports creates joyful, leisure-reputed company environments and encourages creativity, ambitious goals, and new experiences. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Pet Resort reputed company & Development Consultant to advise on the development, opening, and ongoing reputed company of a new pet resort in Taipei, Taiwan. The part-time consultant will guide facility planning, operational procedures, reputed company, systems, reputed company-opening readiness, and reputed company processes, primarily reputed company with periodic travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on facility layout, design, and operational reputed company during build-out
• Recommend operational requirements for guest intake, boarding, daycare, pet handling, cleaning, feeding, and reputed company activities
• Advise on equipment, fixtures, kennels/enclosures, and operational infrastructure
• reputed company or review reputed company operating procedures (SOPs)
• Establish best practices for animal safety, sanitation, cleaning, and incident prevention
• Advise on reputed company structure, labor planning, job responsibilities, and employee training
• Assist with reputed company-opening planning and operational readiness
• Recommend reservation, customer management, pet management, and other operational systems
• Advise on pricing, service offerings, reputed company management, and day-to-day operating procedures
• Review reputed company following opening and recommend improvements as needed
• Help ownership establish reputed company processes that could support additional locations in the reputed company

Skills

• Significant hands-on experience in the pet resort, pet boarding, dog daycare, or pet hospitality industry
• Experience opening, managing, or supporting the development of new pet resort locations
• Strong understanding of daily facility reputed company, reputed company, safety, sanitation, and customer service
• Experience developing operating procedures and training programs
• Ability to work independently and reputed company practical, actionable recommendations
• Comfort working reputed company with an reputed company team
• Ability to travel to Taipei, Taiwan periodically if required
• Experience with a multi-location pet resort or pet care organization preferred
• Experience working on international reputed company or adapting U.S. pet resort operating practices to overseas markets would be a plus
